Our catering services are based on ‘good home cooking’. Local fresh produce is used wherever possible and our meat supplies are of the highest quality. Breakfast is served from 8am, lunch from 12 noon and evening meal from 5pm in the dining rooms or in residents’ private rooms if preferred. We also offer morning and afternoon tea and coffee and a hot drink in the evening. Further beverages or light snacks are available on request.
Menus are reviewed regularly with our residents to ensure that preference and choice is reflected and with seasonal variation.
We encourage bedrooms to be personalized and for residents to continue to maintain connections with both past and present through items of their choice around them. Our housekeeping team pay careful attention to personal possessions and laundry to ensure that these are not damaged or spoilt.
Full hairdressing services are provided by a mobile hairdresser who visits fortnightly.
