Courtlands underwent a substantial rebuild in 2007.  Whilst retaining the style of the original frontage it gave opportunity to bring light and modernity into the building and to provide a discreetly secure but open environment.

A variety of lounges offers an opportunity for seating in a choice of areas, with garden views and the conservatory giving enjoyment of the outside from the comfort of within.

A well sized, easily accessible and modern lift provides access to the first floor, in addition to two stairwells.  Two bathrooms fitted with hoists and a spacious shower room provide assisted bathing facilities according to preference.  In addition, a selection of rooms provide ensuite facilities, including shower.

Courtlands is set in attractive grounds with a secure garden to the rear offering a tranquil setting on sunny days.  A summerhouse and garden seating provide comfortable spots in which to rest.  Ample car parking is available for staff and visitors.
